General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the quad tours, rides, rentals and circuits offered by Essaouira Quad Tours.

2. Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email. A deposit may be required for groups of more than 6 people.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT where applicable. They are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. Between 24 and 12 hours: 50% fee. Less than 12 hours: non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.

5. Liability

The customer declares that they are in good physical condition and accepts the risks inherent to quad biking. Essaouira Quad Tours accepts no liability in the event of failure to comply with safety instructions.

6. Insurance

Third-party liability insurance is included in all our services. Additional personal insurance is recommended.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Essaouira shall have jurisdiction. [TO BE COMPLETED: mediator if applicable]
