Our story
Essaouira Quad Tours was born from a local team's passion for Morocco's Atlantic coast and off-road adventure. Based in Essaouira since 2014, we have guided thousands of visitors — French, European, Moroccan — in discovering our region by quad. Our philosophy: offer authentic, safe and environmentally respectful experiences, far from standardised tourist circuits.

Professional guides & rescue team
Local professionals trained to supervise, protect and deliver an unforgettable adventure.
Our team includes 8 professional guides, all from Essaouira and the surrounding region. Each knows the trails, dunes, tides and weather conditions inside out. They speak French, English and Arabic to welcome an international clientele.
All our guides are trained in first aid (PSC1 / wilderness first aid) and off-road rescue protocols. In case of incident, every supervisor carries a complete first-aid kit, a satellite phone for areas without coverage and a regularly tested evacuation procedure.

We invest in recognised brands for their reliability on sand, dunes and forest trails. All our quads are automatic, recent (2024–2026 models) and checked after every ride by our mechanic. Single or double, each vehicle is prepared for your comfort and safety.

Environmental commitment
Essaouira is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve: the thuya forest, argan groves and Atlantic coastline are fragile. We ride exclusively on marked trails, avoid protected areas and local wildlife, and raise awareness in every group about respecting dunes and beaches. We organise beach clean-ups with local partners and voluntarily limit group size to reduce impact. Unlike the 'desert' marketing of some competitors, we honestly talk about Atlantic coast: sand, coastal dunes and forest — not the Sahara.
