Detailed itinerary: 120 minutes of escape
All tours set off from Diabat, a charming village just 5 minutes from downtown Essaouira, renowned for its estuary views and legends linked to Jimi Hendrix's visit in the 1960s.
1. Oued Ksob crossing & forest trails (30 min)
After the safety briefing and quick introduction to your quad (automatic transmission, very easy to use), you cross the sandy bed of the Oued Ksob. The route then dives beneath centuries-old argan trees, mimosa, and eucalyptus. This first section lets you get comfortable with the controls and the vehicle's responsiveness.
2. Dune belt ascent & thrills (45 min)
The scenery suddenly opens onto a vast dune massif overlooking the coast. Under your guide's watchful eye, you tackle the first climbs and descents of golden sand. Riding becomes playful and delivers unique off-road sliding sensations.
3. Mint tea facing Mogador Island (15 min)
